Review Of Hotel O Royal

Hotel facilities was adequate and staff also well behaved with us. Property was adequate, totally experience was great as my concern. Location of that hotel was very easy to find out and safest place in the city. Hotel room was also adequate. Hotel is also safe and comfortable for couples. Hotel situated at middle of the city and nearby to main highway.

tea food was not available in the hotel. Also there is parking for car...location was correct.......

Poor Room quality of the hotel. amenities are not good. service was too late. room service person's behaviour 😟

very bad 😞😞. Too bad the hotel has no privacy. There is no bed size in the room. The blanket cover is not clean. A torn towel is provided for use.

The hotel as we spoke was closed all the shutter and entrance were closed there was no way to enter the property and hence i had to book another hotel for the stay there were no contact details of the hotel no person available they took my payment and i didn't get to stay at the property i was thinking to report it to social media platform and also the police

Horrible stay, stinking room, no proper water in bathroom tap, small light in bathroom, looks like that room was closed for a long time, no maintenance. Asked to change the room, but they said we were working and the tap was repaired on site. So basically a horrible night at this room

Hotel royal is in main market so all needful auto restaurant and daily needed item are on walking distance. Room is big neat and clean with lovely sofa. Washroom is good with hot water and shower. Staffs are helpful and intercom facility is very good. There was an issue in check in by hotel royal staff which solved by make my trip team within 40 minutes thanks

Food menu is not present. Outside food is also not allowed as per rules.

i have reached hotel for check-in then hotel staff haven't allotted me the room. they were saying that the cost is very low you have to book other room if you wanna stay then i have booked other room and my money which I gave is just waste i want my money refund please give it back to me 😅
