very good experience and good staff behaviour very easily hotel searching lowest price

The room and location was quite good, but room service in not good for example no working wifi on that floor, no recharge on tv given on room, and the most important problem was the bathroom where on roof, you can see the mould and fungus, otherwise everything is good.

Had a comfortable stay. Room was quite big and cozy. Cleanliness was appreciative. They had a maintained swimming pool with green premises.

poor cleanliness, water was no coming properly in bathroom... very old rusted jet spray in bathroom... veryyyyy muchh overpriced... zero value of super delux... very much disappointed with make my trip.. offering us this much overpriced hotel for no facilities...

Well maintained, rooms are neat & clean, good house keeping, staff are very much cordial and food at their vegetarian restaurent is delicious

Bed mattress condition is outdated, springs have malfunctioned now, kindly replace them with new mattress. Regards

In one room the ac was leaking so we had to switch room and then in that room the flush was not working. The manager did come to look at it but it was still not working properly. There weren't many facilities available. Even the pool was not clean. There was moss on the floor of the pool and we kept slipping. All and all not a good experience. Not worth your money.

Location is very approachable and rooms are good. Food qualityvis also nice

It was good stay, ambience and location is excellent. Moreover food quality is nice.

Hotel staff discourages its costumer on online or portal bookings, do not provides any facilities which are available to direct booking costumers, attitude of staff and front desk is poor they start with negative response to any of the inquiry or request or service, regarding service they force costumers rather than helping then. If you order a room dining you won't get what you have order. They messed up my dinner on 2 continuous days. I won't consider them for future booking.

When I was stay in 2016 that time food were very much tasty and this time It was peaceful with great views but food is not much tasty it’s containing spice and room with not hot water supply, it’s my request please change your food captain and please give hot water supply in bathroom.

It's nice experience over here rooms are big and it's nice to see mountain through windows.

Very good. Hotel is very neat and clean. Food is awesome. Room is well decorated with amountain facing balcony.
