good clean room with all required facilities. staff behaviour was also good , overall good hotel to stay

the Resepetionist was unprofessional she is very rude with customers, I think she has some anger issues, on raising a complaint on phone she literally disconnected without a proper reply. thoe you have a great hotel with such behavior we would never come back.

Room was okay and the washroom shower broke and was not working properly and the Ac was also not working properly

There is no good facility at all. They talk well but the service is not available. I get the same thing only after calling 10 times. I will never stay in this hotel again

Yesterday i was visited Your Hotel and i was found there are Very poor Service from restaurant side.

Overall average rating No proper tv connection and Ac working Breakfast is wastage of money ,please avoid to include in package

Bed was not good, no lift facility

Morning reception male staff behaviour very rood and this room lights also damage.

Worst service, jet in washroom was not working after several calls the same got changed next day, cold food was served in breakfast which i complained, 2nd day of stay no water in the washroom from 1 pm to 6 pm and after complaint water was filled in t ye tank, no sugar, milk sachet was there in room for tea coffee. Things were related to service and hence the same cannot be accertained by photos

Its just a hotel having lodging arrangement. The room service is not available only after 8 am. Till that time you have to wait for tea to be served to your room. No any attention towards hygiene. Drivers dormitory is on first floor having the the same passage for guests rooms, which is horrible

Neat and clean hotel in rajnandgaon food also available there its very easy to reach from railway station

1. Hotel is just nearby rajnandgaon railway station which is the biggest positive point. Local market is nearby within walkable distance to explore. 2. Hotel staff is extremely polite, supportive with kind behaviour. 3. Deluxe room should have cupboard with jangers for hanging the formals/casuals apparel. 4. Room service is very good. Breakfast is ok. 5. Reasonable/budgeted stay. (overall good experience)

The hotel gujrat inn is situated in good location, it's just next to the railway station. The rooms are quite ok but not upto the marks. The washrooms are quite small compared to other hotels.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement to accommodate the modern traveller. It doesn't feel fresh and clean at all. Everything works for the name sake. Staff are nice and friendly but that won't be enough. Please go with less expectations because photos won't exactly replicate the facility!

Reasonably priced, well location-ed hotel. Economic hotel, descent staff. I had no problems. Would wish to repeat stay if required again

The hotel is situated right outside the railway station, so i ll say, good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Faced some room changes due to locks not working, the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room, that was nice. Not much to complaint about, just that a few things like having, clean fresh looking towels need to be given to the customer and the dental kit shall be present in the bathroom without asking for.
