Review Of Aceotel Select Mayur

The staff want unprofessional and very rude in behaviour. The rooms were very small and they were overcharging for things. Moreover they only provided half a litre of water to drink despite 3 people sharing the room and any extra water will be chargeable at 2x the MRP

I recently stayed at Hotel Mayur, Rajnandgaon, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service and hospitality were below expectations, and the food quality was very poor. Basic amenities were also missing — even a toothbrush was not available and had to be purchased separately. Any food order takes more than an hour to be served, and the TV in the room was not working. Overall, not a pleasant stay. I hope the management looks into these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve their service and guest experience.

The property was good and the room and washroom was clean

Not proper service in this room management was not good the service people was not good

For the city and price the room was not upto the mark linen was below average hotel didn't even have a lift room and bathroom were quite small room design also quite poor

Food is good. Room is also good for short stay. Rest of the services is just average including facilities offered
