These are few points - 1. Very bad staff behavior 2. No electricity backup. Spent a lot of time in the dark waiting for electricity 3. Very expensive food 4. Lot of miscommunication to conclude this was worst hotel stay by far.

The staff dragged me around the hotel to allot me the room because none of the rooms were clean. In addition when i told the staff to hurry, he left and said do whatever you want, i won’t show you the room. The owner had to intervene. The next morning, the hotel charged me for breakfast because according to the hotel, they can give me only one food item for free in breakfast. The lady at the reception was telling me the rules as if i had never stayed at any other hotel. Overall the the stay was terrible and the staff was too arrogant and lazy.

Located at the outskirt of the town, food was average and serving time was very high and no one picked up reception or room services phone. Every time i had to call hotel phone number.

Fabulous and elegant hotel to stay in with fairly priced clean and well-maintained rooms. Leisure toilets. Good staff, well-coordinated. The cuisine was excellent, and the hygiene was superb. The location is fantastic, and getting about is a joy.

The rooms were clean. Just need to improve food taste. Rather than that all were good
