Had a wonderful stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean, and amenities were great 👍

breakfast is not good and limited items as well as repeated same food next days, ludly behaviour of staffs.

Hotel rooms are not maintained. Cleaning is also not good. Many leakages in washrooms and sanitary was dirty. Curtains are dirty. Lunch and dinner was good. But breakfast was not hot & fresh, there is no variety.

Very poor service by hotel staff we are waiting around 1 hour for dormitory

Very nice location , good for anyone planning a night halt for onward journey, staff was also extremely courteous

The hotel is located in paneka near Rajnandgaon, located in a fairly visible area. The hotel provides a luxurious stay. Hotel rooms are spacious. All the facilities, including parking is available there. it has a restaurant and a bar located within the building. Housekeeping is well. Behaved staff humble overall, I would rate this hotel as a fantastic stay.

The Property Needs A Major Upkeep Seems No One Has Cleaned The Property Since It Has Started, Housekeeping Of The Rooms Is Decent But The Bathroom Fitments Show Their Age Irrespective How Many Times They Get Cleaned, Saving Grace Is The Resturant Staff Who Bother To Engage With You At The Limited Spread Buffet

Hotel was ok, there is lots of things are missing in room and not clean on proper way, in room no kettle and no refreshment like coffee and sugar, also in bathroom no toilet paper roll. Lots of things in bathroom was damaged. I am not happy with rating. Buts it’s ok for average rating.

It was nice stay with raj imepirial rooz size was good, i really impressed with small size freez which is attached in the cupboard inside the room. But their were some draw back also like they were no bucket and mug in the washroom. U have to totally depend on shower only bed sheet was not cleaned some scar were in the bed sheet i would suggest no one order food this hotel very worst quality of beverage item which i ordered (tea and hot choclate ) i ordered coffe they send me tea totally waste of money
