The reception staff is not polite but the other staff is friendly and good. They should not give preference to guests, it is just like business. As per property rules and policies they are not followed.

coupleWe stayed here for one night and everything was great. the room was nice and spacious as well as clean. the food in the restaurant is very good including the breakfast. It is outside of the town and so in a nice and quiet location. Plenty of parking space too

businessThe hotel is well placed on the outskirts of the city, but very approachable from the city for all practical purpose. The rooms are good in terms of size and cleanliness. The food is also very good, however it is pure vegetarian. The hotel has a huge lawn which is used for weddings and other functions, during the wedding days the hotel can be a little chaotic. Overall it is recommended for stay during your visit to kanker.
