"After confirming the room booking, upon arrival, A 6'x6' tent on a grassy area outside the resorts is shown, and guests are told that this is what they booked If they want a room, it will cost ten thousand. The management has an extremely rude There was no water in the washroom in the morning, and no attendant was available. Worst stay, worst manager."

familyMy stay was from 30th nova to 1st dec. The property is lovely. But the management is pathetic. The manager allowed them to smoke and drink in the public place and all other families were uncomfortable and stayed inside their rooms. The group of boys was so damn loud and irresponsible that others staying in the resort were terrified and did not left their rooms. The party continued till 1am. The next day we confronted and complained about the same to manager about which he was extremely casual and did not respond. This kind of irresponsible management behaviour is unacceptable and intolerable. A beautiful location is being ruined by the greed of management.
