My stay was from 30th nova to 1st dec. The property is lovely. But the management is pathetic. The manager allowed them to smoke and drink in the public place and all other families were uncomfortable and stayed inside their rooms. The group of boys was so damn loud and irresponsible that others staying in the resort were terrified and did not left their rooms. The party continued till 1am. The next day we confronted and complained about the same to manager about which he was extremely casual and did not respond. This kind of irresponsible management behaviour is unacceptable and intolerable. A beautiful location is being ruined by the greed of management.

A lot of amenities such as wifi, bath robe, no intercoms that were mentioned at the time of booking. Towels werent clean. Toilet had foul smell. Please look into it.

Property is located near to dhamtari, property is quite aesthetic with loads of activity options like kayaking and shikara

Best place to stay location wise perfect location awesome view cleanliness good and food also so gud. But the management was very slow. The manager so unprofessional behavior she always talk like a rude way. If you tell management about any problem then they have no idea how to follow up.

Property location is good, but over charged. Lots of complaint for food by other visiters and same was experienced by us.

You need to upgrade your senior staffing they are very poor to attending guest very rude behavior.

Highly recommended for family, couples and business trips. Only veg is available but the food was amazing.
