tv is not working no wi fi is provided in bathtub, no shampoo etc is provided. extremely poor condition. not required àt all. the hotel aradhaya guest house at gangrel, after my complaint, rectified all the points.

Your AC room was booked, your room with bathtub was vacant so I gave it to you, and you also said that we will not use the bathtub then how would I give you a shampoo, and neither did I charge you for it, and along with the complaint you should also tell me whatever is correct, sir, but there is no problem, thank you so Mach,Radhe Radhe 🙏
