Not trustworthy. We book a rooms through the make my trip app and the hotel owner says you haven't booked any rooms.

The hotel location was good. Connectivity was good. They have lift to all floor of the hotel. They could'nt provide warm water to drink even i asked for several times and through the "customer care agents" also. Toilet door has no locking because it was broken. No night/dim lights were available and no electrical kettle was available in the room as they shown in the property photo. Aver-all stay may consider under average. But for a family stay i give 2 star out of 5.

i didn’t stay there because place was not comfortable. very crowded. not a good location. hard to find being crowded and narrow.. i didn’t even get out of the car to look for place to stay. i am from new york and place was not in my standard. place may be good for local people but not for a person coming from america. but thank you 🙏

Hotel denied booking confirmed - only wanted cash payment + rs. 500- extra from booked price!

Initially reception lady refused to give us room, said that room allotment is not possible in the booked amount and it is too less after few arguments, they agreed to allot room after chargi g more 325 rs in order to spend 4 hours till 8 pm, haven't let us to spend night in the room though booking was for full night. Veru unhygienic and unhealthy, do not consider if you are travel-ling with family. Strictly no.

Room was good but service was poor. Initially property owner was not ready to give accommodation. However after contacting yo-yo property manager, stay was finalized
