Review Of Hotel O Neelratna

No person is available in guesthouse to receive customers. We did not checked in, we have shifted to other hotel.

First at the check in they don’t give us the a/c rooms as mentioned, after that at the morning they didn’t gave us breakfast also mention and charge us for that. hotel staff is very rood towards us, its a very bad experience there.

Location is bad. No cleaniness. There was no one at reception. After waiting for 10 minutes one attendant turned up. No verification no registration. Rooms were untidy. Linen was unlearned. Air conditioners were not working properly. Fans were not working properly. Electric switches were broken. Ample light was not there. In washroom showers were not working. Buckets provided were broken. Towels were dirty. No soaps. Overall very bad experience

As per hotel breakfast was not part of package, make my trip doesn't verify things

Room was ok but facilities were not good tv not working remote location it's okay to stay if you are stags not recommended for couples

Hotel staff was polite and helped us in getting car on rental.

Water from AC was on the corridor floor.
There was paint smell all over. Unclean cupboard.

They charged extra for water bottles and for early check-in, breakfast provided at 10 am. Not provide new bed sheets for daily basis.

The stay was good. However, there was no proper service rendered which needs to be improved.
Hospitality need to be improve.
