No person is available in guesthouse to receive customers. We did not checked in, we have shifted to other hotel.

groupFirst at the check in they don’t give us the a/c rooms as mentioned, after that at the morning they didn’t gave us breakfast also mention and charge us for that. hotel staff is very rood towards us, its a very bad experience there.

Location is bad. No cleaniness. There was no one at reception. After waiting for 10 minutes one attendant turned up. No verification no registration. Rooms were untidy. Linen was unlearned. Air conditioners were not working properly. Fans were not working properly. Electric switches were broken. Ample light was not there. In washroom showers were not working. Buckets provided were broken. Towels were dirty. No soaps. Overall very bad experience
