Not clean, beds were kinda hard, the pillows had stains of ink on the bedsheets were bad, when you first see the place it looks nice but its not how it looks

The most humble and supporting staff Mr. Santosh (Manager) and Mr.Kiran (Front office person) they made our stay more comfortable, secure and safe stay with my 2 Year old Baby girl and 76 years old mother. Without their support, it could have been difficult for us to enjoy the stay. The food was awesome and hygenic supportive Housekeeping. Will book this same hotel for sure if we go to goa agan due to the staff and walkable distance from the railway station!!!!!

First of all property don't pick up the calls i tried reaching to them through whatsapp on call but there are not picking my calls secondly how the rooms look like in the picture it is not food is good but other services it's very terrible this one was my third stay in three star property but this time i am literally very sad so i will not go for it again i have to find a better property and third thing the lady was on the reception she was giving just excuse that everyone was busy so we were not able to pick up the call she had given useless answer this is my feedback and they should improve for this

Booked non ac room because i had to stay few hours in day. But there attitude was inappropriate as they thought i don't have budget. But i stayed sobit sarovar previous day the room which they provide was too small. Stinking and have spider net. I will not recommended to anyone sure
