Review Of Hotel O MANGLAM PALACE

Disgusting service and pathetic service at thr hotel. I was told at the check-in that the chargés I paid are very less and they asked extra cash money in order me to get a room. First, I get a room with non functioning AC. When complained, I was told it does not work sometimes and I have to adjust. Next, they gave me a room that was already occupied. Finally they gave me a room which was in a construction site. One day I came back to my room later than 12:00AM. They closed the main door and said the door with tomorrow only and I cant get in. Unhygenic drinking water, no washroom supplies. The worst hotel expérience I have ever had.

I booked a AC room .firstly hotel manager declining for check in after 1 hr and many call to helpline number get ready to give room but non AC.

Ok rooms but bit of hygiene issue and rude behaviour of staff asks for extra money even if someone comes just to meet you. In tv no channels were getting telecast-ed just 2-3 channels, no ac was provided even while booking it was included with ac

Staff behavior could have been better, booked with ac but same is not provided. Even instead of ceiling fan they provided hanging fan when asked they told to contact owner on contacting them they asked me to checkin in another room which was quite dirty.

It's about 8km from bhopal railway station but i choose for nearby of college so it's good for me
