Facilities are not that great in ky first room wifi was nit working, there were problems with the network in the room as well as power backup was not working properly there were no windows in that room so no source of natural light.

Needs Improvement in Service and Cleanliness
My stay was a short one and not as comfortable as expected. While the location of the property is good and convenient, the room was untidy, with dirty blankets and bedsheets, and the AC was old and barely functional. The in-room telephone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t contact reception or room service directly. On arrival, the hotel initially denied my check-in despite having a confirmed online booking, and only allowed it after a long wait. MMT should look into such hotels, as denying bookings after confirmation creates unnecessary trouble and stress for guests. Hotels that do not honor online bookings should not list their business on such platforms. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

Okay service
The room was not very clean, the images were shown differently, and the room alloted to us was totally different, and size was small. They were claiming that room as super deluxe room. As we reached the hotel, they were totally unaware of our booking. At least their body language was like that. As we checked into the room near about everything like TV remote, towels, AC remotes, water bottle, kittle were missing it became our responsibility to tell them everything and collectively I wasted 2 hours to get everything right and I was forced to do repeat phone calls.

I have booked a super delux room but when we reached there they are allotting a single room for 4 people.

The behavior of the manager was not good. I wanted a copy of my bill which he did not give. He told me that i had forbidden you to book through mm t and i can give you the bill only if you have booked offline.

Rooms & hygiene factor
Very unhygienic rooms. Mosquitoes are there and even cockroach is there on the bed. Very small rooms.

Poor Stay
coupleIt was an personal stay for medical treatment but due to bad hotel we needed to change the room with in 2 hours of check in
Too much time taken for check in and check out, no sanitization and temperature check room was smelly and cleaning also was very bad.

We stayed in this hotel as couple service were up-to mark. Staff was very cooperative.

Mayur Palace Bhopal review
Location is behind Bus Depo but it is near a country liquor shop. Staff is prompt. Room which was promised was executive suite but room given to me was ordinary deluxe double room. The hotel management after bringing this to their notice reluctantly agreed to give me 20% discount. Their was no hot water in the room. I could not avail the complimentary breakfast given by them as I had to leave early morning for my work. Lift was not working. Overall not very satisfied with the experience.

Location was not so good, average in cleanness only veg food, room they don't clean daily, overall it is average hotel to stay, not to bad also as it gives you average feeling.

soloRoom was clean and neat. Location is good and centrally located. Good amenities. Staff behaviour is good. Food quality was very good. Bathroom was clean and neat. Tv was working and all channels provided.
