No checks done. Infrastructure very bad. Found rats in the room.

The room was very dark and stuffy. The door to the balcony wouldn't open. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good. There is no parking in the premises for cars.

I paid for an AC room but when I reached the staff said sorry sir our ac is not working. They should have informed me before reaching. And I said k provide me a room so they gave me the room where ac was available but it was equivalent to not available. I felt being cheated by MakeMyTrip, not by the hotelier

Food prize is high and room service is best

Things dint like google location was not correct. Staff was unprofessional, delay in giving the room, changed 2 rooms cos of non-availability of the basic things, bathroom didn't have the lock to close the door from inside, flush was not working. Ac was not working, even the fans were noisy. No hot water in the rooms, they were not able to provide from the other sources also. We all had bath with the cold water. Electrical boxes were open, felt unsafe with the kids, no plug points in the proper place, water was not given in the bottles, given in the uncovered jugs with no glasses, bed sheets were torn, no towels provided, no hangers to keep the cloths.

I cannot trust MMT provided a bad performance. I see in MMT app and photos very but hotel room very bad condition. Ac fail, TV fail, geyser not avail in the bathroom. Nice I really ashamed. My company member with me and he said your choice is not good next time I will handle own self.

Breakfast issue was there. Toilet was not clean. No water was available.

It was very poor place to stay without any facility. I request to hotel staff for 2-3 time for drinking water but the didn't give. At the time of check out, they were not behaving good.
Very poor condition of hotel.
