the location of the property is on an average place, Food is also Average with unnecessary room service charges and gave me the bill with 12 percent GST charges which is not applicable only 5 percent gst should be taken at that bill. The room's washroom drainage system was not properly working and the refrigerator was also not clean. The behaviour of the receptionist was very rude and annoying . When I was living in the room a guest came to visit me for an hour but the receptionist didn't allow him to visit the room and when we requested them they behaved rudely and inappropriately to me .

Average Stay
although we had tried this property earlier also but this time there room conditions need to be updated as AC are not properly working. infact we have to change the room also due to non function of AC.Also the basic amenities like towels and shampoo are also not properly provided for 2 persons to stay. And the complementary tea and coffee sachet in room was not there in one room.telephone of one room is also not working. We have to call room service multiple times during our stay. So this time stay here is average.

Very poor service
Very very poor service the jet was not working bathroom was thinking and there was no response from the reception when we wanted to order some food in the room

Good Stay
I found room of hotel was not properly clean. The cover of quilt, mattress and pillows was dirty but on my request, the staff of hotel, its changed immediately. The behaviour of staff was good. I overall give 4 ratings to this hotel.

Terrible Stay
They asked me for extra money after reaching the hotel and even they said they will not provide the room not only that they asked me to wait for 4 hours and when i asked for waiting room they said they don't have because of that have to book another hotel.

Property review of om palace jaipur
Property though looks impressive from outside there is no cleanliness in rooms. It seems this aspect is not being monitored by the management. Services rendered are very slow.

Poor Stay
Room was in bad condition. Air conditioning was not working and making too much noise. Bathroom tap was leaking. Actual room and room picture displayed was different.

Stay during chess tournament for 4 days

Hotel location is suited best for us as we have to come regularly to jaipur ajmer road. Food is good but hotel needs some improvement in the serving staff. The front desk and other staff are helpful and great.
