Terrible Stay
Hotel Staff not good, room was soo dirty, smell everywhere in all the rooms. Furniture broken.

Terrible Stay
I had to wait for 1 hour for room check in for less amount issue via mmt platform. The condition of the room was also bad. AC was not working well. hotel manager and staff behaviour was not good.

Poor Stay
The rooms were very different than the showed picture I booked 2 deluxe rooms for me and my friends but the room they showed in the photo was veryy different from the one we were given , it looked veryy different and ir was nowhere near to the one showed in the photos . The wifi was not available to us . We were not even provided with any toiletries they sent in just a soap after asking them for it . The room I received was not even cleaned properly before it was alloted to it had burnt cigarettes in there . It almost looked like the rooms are not maintained properly

"The hotel offers amazing value for money. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities like a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a working TV. Horrible rooms, way too old, walls were dirty, no cleanliness at all in washroom, no amenities were provided. No towel, no soap, no Ac, no geyser, nothing at all. no balcony, no ventilation. one of the horrible stay of my life.

Title: Great Staff Makes Up for Washroom Shortcomings I recently visited this place and had an interesting experience! While I have to admit that the washroom could use some serious attention—definitely needs a facelift and a thorough cleaning—the overall vibe of the place makes up for it.
