For early check in or some 5 minutes late check-out also they are asking money.

They are bargaining hotel prices after completed booking through MMT. No control of OYO team. Bedsheet and blankets are used one and without washing. No drinking water even after request. Intercom not working. Very very pathetic. Never recommend to anyone for this hotel.

Very bad feelings because of not clean, bad behaviour.

The experience of hotel Royal Green was very inferior and worthless.

It's OK but water problem is very bad. So that we are facing some problem. In washroom, flush was not working, water was not coming in tap. But they have water tank. We told the gate keeper to resolve this issue. He was just sleeping and sleeping.
Room is very good. But service is too poor. Water problem. Please solve this. And also bed sheet is so dirty. Please check this matter and solve that. Door was not locked properly. So in giving 3 out of 5. Not so good not much poor, it's OK types.

Hotel was good. But service was not good. Not value for money also service was not good. Staff ware not cooperative. I pay extra for early check-in.

The rooms were good but I had to go through serious trouble finding the hotel. Why does the website show the location 1 km from the railway station when its actually around 3 km. The location sent to me through what apt was totally wrong, even the location on google map was wrong. I had to go through so much trouble asking around everywhere for the hotel. Due to this misleading info provided I seriously am having double thoughts booking through oyo rooms the next time.

Room service is better. Room maintenance is OK.
Room has large space and gorgeous lighting. Bathrooms are neat and clean.

Hotel location is different than shown in google map. It's a leased property and far away from railway station. Mosquitoes, cob web, unhygienic breakfast from roadside, no intercom, harsh behaviour by gm avoid talking to her, dirty toilet all were combined together. Frequent tripping of power points leading to no power point charging, no tv.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. The address mentioned is not approximate. The google location is wrong. If you book any cab which follows the location on google maps it will drop you 2.5 km to 3 km away from the actual hotel location. It took me one hour to reach the location. People nearby don't know where this hotel exactly is. Also, the staff in this hotel is unprofessional. They don't escort you properly and you have to keep on asking for everything. The intercom facility does not work in the Room 111. After asking them about the facility they have a standard statement saying we are new in this business. The staff is rude and have a negative approach against the customers. It clearly shows from their behaviour that they don't want the customer to come and stay. The staff in the hotel uses bad language or slag and gets angry with the customer. After checking in I asked them for food and the staff said they will bring me the ordered food. Even after half an hour, the guy did not answer my question. He just neglected the requirement. The reception person said we do not have anything and you need to bring from outside. The bathroom room 111 has a big slider window as we have in a hall and people from neighbourhood keep on peeping inside the bathroom from their balcony and from the top. Please be aware there are no curtains inside the window. My day at this stay was worst. I was late on my client meet and had to suffer. Also, they are spreading negative views about OYO. You can find a better property with good professional people having good manners and good with hospitality.

Room is small, near by food is available.

In the room there are no hangers for put the dress.
