Breakfast fees was charged but no facility for breakfast. Room was ok but not cleaned properly, no bulb in bathroom and no recharge in tv connection. Not for female customers.

Hotel booking was confirm but when i reached hotel i come to know that my room was allotted to someone else, at 11:30 pm i was room less. I have called on number given to me but hotel staff is not receiving the call. I will never trust make my trip again. Refund my money to me as soon as possible. Because i haven't get room after booking through make my trip. Ther worst service. Irresponsible management/staff.

He did-not open the gate. I did-not stay. I had to stay on the road for whole night

The images updated is total different from what it is. Very unprofessional staffs, dirty room, no lift facility and you have to carry your luggage through stairs to 2nd floor. Staff denied to carry my luggage. The person at the reception was rude. They din provided blanket and towel. Moreover the place looks very spooky. Dark staircase n corridor. Being a solo travel i felt safety issue there.

Unprofessional staff, inadequate cleaning in the room, lots of mosquitoes, insufficient lighting in the room, careless caretaker all together made my stay unpleasant. I won't recommend this hotel to others.

I was unhappy with your service and breakfast. Did you know he provided only roti tea. He is not provided vegetable.
