We went to the hotel late evening. The location was very difficult to find and the neighborhood looked very unsafe and unhygienic. The reception guy was very rude and straight away told that they do not accept makemytrip booking. We repeatedly requested him to allow us to stay for the night as we were accompanied by four senior citizens and a one year old infant. He was claiming that he had cancel-led the booking at his end and it is makemytrip's fault that they didn't communicate to us. We left with no option but to roam for three to four hours here and there searching for hotel rooms in an unknown city with infant, senior citizens
