While booking it was mentioned in the invoice that breakfast is complementary but when I reached there reception staff mentioned that facility is not available

The room was very dirty. The bed sheet was completely unclean. After informing the reception, they have tried to change the bedsheet but are not able to provide a clean bedsheet.

No cleanses no water supply, had to change room thrice still fell terrible all time and no calling facilities from room phone every time to complain need to go ground floor

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The room was filthy, the bathroom door was half eaten away, the tv screen was broken, the bedsheets were dirty and appeared used. The side table and a small wardrobe was shabby and full of dust. Though i had booked the room for 3 days and paid the amount in advance, i found the room so horrible i left the room within 2 hours and checked into another hotel at considerable financial loss to me. The photos shown for the hotel was looking so good. Terrible terrible experience with the hotel.

Breakfast did not provided by hotel and not even mineral water. Door lock was broken. Room was stinking. Bedsheets pillow covers were not clean.

No door mats and beds not cleaning lately respond for booking as per norms booking is 12 pm to 11 am that's the reason we waste of our money only we need 14th aug only 1 day from 4:30 am to 6 pm

It was terrible. Ac was not working, water bottle is not provided, no hot water, flush was not working, lots of dust everywhere, stinky bed sheets. It was totally nightmare. Don't waste your money by staying there folks

It was a teriyaki stay with my family, this hotel is not for family stays. Staff response was rude. Bedsheets were untidy. Ac & bathroom was not working and room was not clean. How make my trip accepts this kind of hotels.

Worst option in choosing this hotel. Rooms are unhygienic and bed bugs were too many. In 15 min they have changed 3 rooms for me and not a single room was good. Never choose this hotels again.

1. early check in, costed me 500. although it says 0-30% 2. I got a room in second floor with no bedsheets changed, crawling with pests 3. Upon requesting got the sheets changed and I then realised the air-conditioning isn't working 4. Took them 8+ hours to change my room which tells me they knowingly gave me a room which has no proper air-conditioning Never going to stay again, totally bad experience.

Room was wet ac not working and leaking on the floor. Bedsheets not changed smelling and dirty. No toiletries in toilet which was stinking and not washed. Room had a bad odour. We were 2 people in 2 separate rooms we stayed only 1 out of 2 nights
