The staff was not supportive and responsive. Bad room condition

Room was dirty, soiled, messey, used bedsheet and pillow cover and used towel, damage furniture, bathroom was very dirty.. .No name board on building, very difficult to locate No staff, No response, room was absolutely unhygienic to live and is in third floor and nobody to take luggage and no lift ... horrible . Totally In full summer...High temperature 🌡️ Hotel AC not working and no .... very pathetic and hopeless and also mmt representative was dealing casually, with no seriousness towards customer and giving silly excuses...

Absolutely delighted with this hotel! clean rooms, good food, and a warm atmosphere.

In my 6 days stay with triple occupancy, we can't get any towel, or any soap in any single day, we clean our room with ourselves. But receptionist nature is very good, but he cannot provide even single water bottle. Room is not maintained properly. There is not phone facility in room which is third floor. But we stay with our own responsibility. Because we need to stay.

When my parents checked-out the hotel within few minutes someone stolen the bag where 2 phone and cash was theft. This hotel is not suitable for aged traveller as the rooms are available from 2nd floor without any lift.

Do not choose this place. Services were as bad as the rooms they had. Gave me another location to another set of rooms they owned because i bought the original at a price lower through a coupon.

Hotel didnt provide room even after booking the room with full payment. They are not even bothered about the guest and kept seeing reels in facebook. They denied talking to makemytrip customer care also

In contrast to what i got from other reviews, i booked this hotel and found it conveniently located. The staff was cooperative even to bring up and bring down my heavy luggahenfrom upper floor room. The room was tidy with airfresher, ac and very good beddings. The bath too was with both hot and cold water, towels soaps etc. Even the staff bade farewell on our checkout and temdered there apology for any inconvenience
