There was no electricity and they didn't not had dg sets. Fans were running on inverter, i decided not to check in and returned back

Poor hygiene & poor quality room, a/c was not working no amenities in the proper way, hotel staff are not considering booking. Asking an extra amount during check in

The property owner charged extra amount from us when we checked in saying room is not available. We had to pay as we had a long journey and were exhausted. We were not in a condition to find another hotel. After getting a room, the bedsheets were dirty, the tap in the bathroom was leaking, the balcony was dirty. The room seemed as if nobody has lived into it for the past few years. The owner did not provide baisc things like water. We could not order food as they said cook is not available. They were ready to charge extra for every basic thing. Me and my friend had planned to extend the stay for 2-3 days but we heck-ed out the very next day given the condition of the room. Worst experience ever. The hotel should be listed off the mm t website asap. (i do have up i payment of extra money that i paid him. He insisted on cash but i didn't give him.

No hygiene, rooms are dirty, tv not working, broken ac bad smell all around, no lift. Not a good place to stay.

The room selected was not good with a/c but it has been changed to another and that room was neat and clean with proper air conditioning. Hotel staff supportive and location is good but some efforts has to be made to locate it. Worth for the amount paid to the room
