The staff was very harsh. We tried to contact the hotel. Property phone was switched off. There was no way to contact hotel. When asked the receptionist to make us call with the owner. He denied the rooms were not clean, and it was very hard to reach the location, towels were not provided to us. The lights were also not working in one of our room. I book 2 rooms and he even asked us for the extra charges.
