Overall good place to stay with all nearby amenities like Petrol pump, mall etc.

The hotel has denied the check-in and asked us to leave the hotel, Hotel owner said he has sent email to make my trip many times to de-list their hotel from the portal but MMT never responds. We reach the hotel at night around 12Am and upto 2Am our family of 16 members were standing outside the hotel. Later MMT provided us the another hotel but that was even not the 2 star, rooms and dirty, bed sheet and pillow cover have stains, no water in washrooms, extremely horrible experience.

Attitude of staff was very bad,no politeness at all . Lift was not working, need to stair up upto 4 floor , no hot water . However, property was new and good. But need lot of improvement in staff and owner behavior toward customers.

At the time of arrival staff not aware about my booking & waste my 15-20 minutes time on reception. Also when I asked him to process fast & check booking confirmation on my mobile, he also deny to do that & not behave properly. otherwise Room & washrooms are very well maintained.
