It was worst experience. I am very disappointed with the services. They were charged 200 extra from us. I want the money back asap. After confirmed booking why there were charged from me. Please call me on 7669976199 urgent.

Lt a safe hotel... Doubtful activities... TV was not working. At the time of booking... AC or non AC not mentioned... When reached they took extra charge. Staff was not professional.

There is no kitchen facilities in this hotel, room service is not up to the mark, location is good and hotel is in budget hotel cleanliness is average. And due to no kitchen we have not comfortable. Hotel management should take care about this.

A high quality of room service a simple five star in budget price. Good location close to industrial zone, cleaning and food quality is good cheap and best. Multiplex is also very close to the hotel wi fi speed is superb.

My experience at Hotel crown tower was good, it can be rated good for location as it is only 500 to 900 meter or about 1 km from the bus stop of Rudrapur, it's a newly made hotel with good staff, but you were get non AC room what make my trip avail, but there is AC room also, so check your requirements other wise hotel is good and new

Official visit, good hotel, spacious rooms and cleaned, good service and good accessibility from bus stand. Good for people on business or family trip. Value for money. Helping staff and good food and main free Wi-Fi.
