Review Of Hotel O Circle Residency

The experience was awful, the room was not clean and completely different from what was shown on the website. The bathroom shower was not working. If I had the option to give negative rating I would have given that here. worst experience ever

Cleanliness at its worst, Arrogant behaviour of Staff, No water flow in washroom, even when complained no actions were taken. we were asked to adjust with those by the owner. Asked him to help, but nothing worked out. The worst stay in my lifetime and sick thing is it came when I took my kid n wife along with me. It is not just for me, 2 other families also faced the same situation and we were helpless. Pathetic rooms, very dirty blankets ( and they say that those r washed ), foul smell in rooms, even cigarette buds were not cleaned and it was there here and there in rooms, reception, common room e.t.c I will not recommend these anytime to anyone. Even if you get 300 extra, I would ask you to go for that, so that atleast you will have peaceful stay... Uncleaned pathetic rooms with arrogant behavior of the owner. No water in rest rooms

Choosing this "Hotel O Residency "was the biggest mistake of my life. I stayed there for three days, and in the morning, there wasn’t even water available to clean the toilet—I had to use my personal drinking Bisleri water for it. The bedsheet was so dirty and torn. Right in front of me, someone checked out of room number 101, and they gave me that same room without even cleaning it. My check-in time was 12 PM on 11th April, but I reached there at 3 PM, and still, the room wasn't ready. Since I had already made the payment in advance, they should’ve kept the room ready.

The hotel condition was very bad, also the room was very unhygienic..food was not available in the hotel
