I gained nothing from booking —they charged us extra money for the stay. The hotel did not allow us to stay without paying additional charges, even though we had already paid . They told us to cancel the booking ourselves and leave. I had booked an AC room, but when I arrived, they gave me a non-AC room because I paid only ₹500 extra. If I wanted the AC room, I would have had to pay ₹1,000 more. I even spoke to customer care, but they couldn’t solve the issue. Overall, this was my worst experience

Very worse hotel, very bad hotel, neither clean and also terrible and very bad manner of hotel.

The Hotel staff very money minded and doesn't allow customer even after showing booking in his tablet. And the rooms are not clean and don't provide any arrangement to get rid of mosquitoes even after mentioned them about mosquito problem, I can't had a good sleep last night during my stay at this Hotel. So I Am very unhappy with the service of this Hotel.

Room was not so good as expected. There was no maintenance for the room and the room was dirty.

Staying in Hotel was ok but there is need to more improvement in their facilities and room quality. I hope they will do more improvement soon.
