Terrible Experience with Make My Trip Dear Make my Trip, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Make My Trip during my recent stay at [Hotel Name]. As a loyal customer of your brand, I did not expect such a terrible experience. The hotel staff was completely unavailable and unresponsive to our needs. The rooms were dirty and not up to the standard that was promised. Despite numerous attempts, no one listened to our complaints or took any action to improve the situation. As a reputable company, I did not expect this level of service from Make My Trip. It is extremely disappointing to have such a negative experience with a brand that I have trusted for so long. I hope that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Location - A narrow 500 meter (approx.) steep path from the Tapovan main road. It's not easy to drive the car on this steep road. I saw the Sedan class cars getting stuck on this road. Restaurant - They don't have restaurant in hotel, they order food from somewhere. Cleanliness - Most of the rooms are dirty, smelly, and unhygienic washrooms. Care Taker - Whenever you ask for a help they will say yes but they will never do it until you shout on them. I waited for 90 minutes just to get a toilet kit and hand-wash. They are very few clean rooms, you will get it only if you are lucky. Other Amenities - They don't provide towel, slippers, electric kettle, Geyser, etc. They have a kitchen but it is very unhygienic. Hotel Pathways has huge spider webs, bulls, and scrap store. Looks scary in night. Swimming pool not operational. Some construction going on at the back side of the hotel, looks like a dumping yard.

Everything was good...! The staff's nature was really good and helpful . location is good near tapovan.

The view from the rooftop was phenomenal!! Absolutely loved every moment of it. It is really the best value for the money you may ever spend.

No Hygiene, Drinking water area is too dirty🤢, No Taps in the bathroom, no Hot water available, no cafe inside you have to order from outside, its just like a dharamshala in price of hotel dharamshala's are even better than this direct contact number is not available of the property and when you call on the given number executive will put you on hold for 30 mins and said please go and find yourself . and this is what as expected Only the location of property and staff behavior is good nothing else
