soloI booked my room and paid full amount. When i reached the hotel they denied me the room and asked me to pay double the amount.

Very worst experience
I did booking with full payment. When we reach the hotel, there wasn't showing any booking on hotel desk. Then i paid extra 2000 rs for fresh booking. Hotel experience was horrible. Looking was never cleaned. No towel, on water bottle, no soap, no slippers. Tv was not working. Linen was so dirty. Overall experience and stay was very very bad. Never go through and to that.

Air conditioner doesn't work properly in midnight light was off minimum 1hr so bad experience and also issues for payments

Not at all satisfied with stay
I paid for breakfast but the hotel didn’t gave us the breakfast saying that kitchen is closed and opens at 11

Pathetic hotel to stay
Hotel staff is very pathetic, non- cooperative behaviour and asking for full payment for stay for late check-out for mere 4 hours

No water supply in washroom and room was not cleaned.
Room and floor area was not cleaned. Even water supply was not proper in washroom.

Very good for solo and couple.
Everything was great. Also staff was friendly. But food items were too much priced.

Food is not allowed from outside but hotel food is good. Staff is good and location is somewhat interior but easily accessible
Safety is average not that much. Washroom is not clean needs to be improved.
