The room was extremely in terribly condition. Absolutely no maintainance in any of the stuffs in the room. TV wasn't working. Bathroom was horrible. Jet spray was broken. Wash basin tap was broken. Felt like puking after seeing the Bathroom. Overall very depressing. Only the good things was that the hotel staff was helpful

My stay at Collection O Hingna Road was truly wonderful. The property is well-maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance is perfect for both business and leisure. All rooms are dirty and smelly. After telling the hotel, they did not do anything. Then after we buy room freshner on my own. Very terrible stay. I want to change the hotel next day, but payment was done in advance so I am not be able to change.

I would have given this hotal a negative rating if the option was available . One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! It is not suitable for families at all. The place is unhygienic, with poor conditions, broken washrooms, and damaged doors. To make matters worse, I saw rats running in their kitchen. The hotel is cheap, and the pictures are completely misleading.

Terrible experience. During check in reception desk asked for extra payment. Linen of the bed was dirty. Breakfast was included in our booking but no breakfast available. Our one of the rooms after one night was given to other guest despite it was checked in for two night. Luggage also got missed in that room.
