No enough staff was there in hotel, in room service was pathetic , I asked for tea 3-4 time s then they serve & also quite expensive, two sip tea cost 35 Rs. AC was not working properly. We stayed 3 persons but the keep only one towel in room.

Good Stay
The location is prime. The rooms are well appointed with a decent breakfast. For the cost, the facility provided is good. Recommended for budget travellers.

Average Stay
rooms are OK but not as described specially area of room. Service is too bad especially about food. Also parking is big issue. They don't have private parking, they provide road side parking and assured that it is safe. Ordered food generally not available with them. overall not very pleasant experience

Average Stay
Furniture of hotel is old and smell of the same makes person uncomfortable. No view from window as other buildings are adjacent to hotel. Stall behaviour and support excellent. Breakfast quality is also good.

Terrible stay
businessHotels staff were unresponsive bathroom taps leaking, shower not working, cockroach in room and after booking breakfast they didn't serve it and no response from them when you say anything like they don't hear at all.

Terrible Stay
No lift service available for 2. 5 days. When lift started the attendants did not inform. Dental kit, towes not provided. Even though ac was not. Used, water droplets collected on outer surface and it was smelling. Drawers not getting closed and many times open drawers hit my leg. Bedsheets with stain and they were not changed on day to day basis. Pillows dirty from inside. Mosquitoes in bathroom. Flush not getting pressed, water continued to flow and flush button hard to press. The bathroom window did not have mosquitos net. Common windows kept open. Service of attendants slow, attendants found to be sleeping. Bathroom and toilet area very small, curtain touching the body. Terrible experience.

Bad maintenance
The photos looked good. But in reality the rooms were very badly maintained. The blankets were old and stained, there was a lot of dust in the rooms, the food was decent. Couldn't get hot water one day, ac wasn't working properly. Overall a very bad experience, and wouldn't recommend anyone to book this.

Poor Stay
The hotel was not justified by its price at all. No space to walk in room or washroom, on the top of that services were very poor. Water leakage from ac, no hot water and uncleaned rooms and bedsheets.

Excellent stay
Had an amazing experience at the hotel and the rooms were neat and clean, especially the bathrooms. Amazing staff and super cooperative
