1.staffs were not cooperative . 2.Pictures of the room shown in app were not same in real ..totally opposite . 3.Rooms were not properly cleaned as bedsheets and pillow covers are also not cleaned well. 4.Towels were not provided by them . 5.washroom was not properly cleaned . 6.During checking out I was charged for a water bottle which is usually free per guest .

Worst experience ever. Room was so dusty someone spitted in a corner, insects like ants and cockroaches were roaming in the room, bathroom was not clean, no mirrors either in room or washroom, bedsheets were unclean. Ac wasn't working. Owner was so rude and arrogant.
