Overall hotel was good. Location is also convenient. Nature of staff was also good.Room and bathroom was good. Only one problem was there that room service was bad. I was waiting for approx fifty minutes for one cup of tea. That was terrible for me

4 nights business stay at Hotel Signature Inn. Pros:- Location is good. Close to Chitroli Square and Telephone Exchange Metro stations about 300-400 mtrs. Rooms are compact but average neat and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and spacious. No issues with hot water. Reception did give me a neat clean room with good view on my request. Cons:- No in-house restaurant but room service is availabe from adjacent ZamZam Restaurant. Housekeeping staff are pleasant but not professional. While checking in they escorted me to the room, but left before the access card could be swiped and it didnt work. During my stay, twice the card was deactived automatically. This could have been avoided by reception had they been pro active. They apparently have two rooms with the same number as mine. One Deluxe and One Premium and the access card for each other get mixed up. Once late night, i had a guest trying to get into my room because of the card confusion. First day, the towel provided had stains but it was quickly replaced with fresh clean ones. Drinking water which is complimentary was given only once during entire stay of 4 days. Thought repeated reminders were given by me and Reception only made promises to sent it to us. Overall, a good stay. They staff could have made it better by being more proactive.

I recently stayed at Hotel Signature in Nagpur, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional. The check-in process was delayed, and the staff seemed untrained and indifferent to guest concerns. The room condition was another letdown — • Cleanliness was poor, with dust on surfaces and a musty smell in the room. • Linens and towels looked old and weren’t fresh. • The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking fixtures and low water pressure. The hotel claims to offer a comfortable stay, but what I experienced was far from it. Noise from nearby rooms and corridors was constant, and room service was extremely slow — even a simple request took over an hour. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I would not recommend Hotel Signature to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and professional environment. There are definitely better options in Nagpur at similar or even lower rates.

Location is good .( Metro Station near by) .Breakfast spread was limited but quality was very Good .Service very Good .Rooms were clean .Bathroom was also well maintained.Overall Very good at a reasonable price as compared to other Hotels

Pros: room and washroom are very big and specious. hotel is located at main road and at heart of city. Cons: need more cleanliness. staff should be more polite and professional. 1 towel, coffee mugs, water bottles all were missing in room and had to call to get all these Services.

This is very good option to if u you want to stay near by the markets & shopping area. Front office staff mr.Vikky & Varsha was too good. And give best service to the guest. Always smile in the face. Specially check in procedure is very good & fast . Allot me the room very fast . And give very good room with a nice view.'ll stay with my family for one day . Food was also good & tasty.. service is very fast.. I will make sure I will visit this again.
