I recently stayed in this hotel for one day with my family. I chose it because of its location ( i had to visit some places in Nagpur and this hotel was found centrally located for my trip). The Hotel, staff, location was good. Just 600 mtr from Chitroli Metro. I didnt try the food so cant say anything about it, though a famous restaurant is located just adjacent to it. Overall 4 stars from me.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and the entire place had a foul smell—likely due to stagnant water near the dam. The room had no windows, making it feel claustrophobic and poorly ventilated. Guests are expected to carry their own luggage, which is inconvenient, especially for seniors or families. The food was subpar, and the service was slow and indifferent. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.
