Only positive thing is that the nagpur railway station is just 3 kms away and agrasen square metro station is located at a stone throw distance. Early check in available

Average room with below average washroom.

soloLocation of the property is good. On the main road, you can get lots of autos for traveling in city. Hotel staff were helpful people. However hotel rooms are not upto the standard and zero value for money. Room was full of cigarettes smell. Instead of hot water only slight warm water was coming in the taps. They have made a tap so close to co-made in the washroom that you cannot sit straight. I will say washroom is pathetic. Beds were comfortable and there is a lift in the hotel. Overall the value of the room is far less than what i paid on my makemy trip app. Only plus point is location.

Hotel is good but food quality is not very good as compared to the rates. Room rent also high as compared to the other hotels in nagpur. Toilet lock is broken. Wifi connection also very poor. Too much reminder call to reception for any order

Location is heart of city. Cleanliness is good and room maintained nicely. Food i had not taken much due to fasting during my stay. Understand it is good from feedback from other guests. Service is good and prompt. Management needs to give some attention on replacing tea flasks. May be financial difficulty. Mm t can promote and support for further development. Overall stay experience is good.

not So good for family

Experience with hotel was not so good.room phone was not working, as I booked non AC room in summer , hotel had deliberately allotted 3 rd floor room which was too hot and humid. Room was not clean and we have ordered zeera rice with dal tadka and sweet lassi.jeera rice was yesterday rice and lassi taste like expiry total food was just waste of money and we have tell al this at reception he said we can less only 50% of amount even we have not had lassi .Bad hotel for family and couples. It was Bad experience will never visit this hotel again
