It was good location good food amenities It was good experience service. Good amenities was good. Food was good. Good Wi-Fi connection, good location, very polite staff, very helping nature very kind to the guest.

Bad bedsheets, no chair in room, booked superior but given deluxe room, washroom very dirty, even they said they don't give free water for making my trip bookings. Reception guy over friendly for no reason. No tv recharge, ac not working

When asked for cleaning and towel they denied by saying that we are full of customers it will take time. But after that also they did not clean the room. Water bottle is not provided. bedsheet was dirty. staff behavior was rude

Ok so about this property we bad staff very unhappy with service the even didn’t provide water bottle, lift elevator is not working, no water for bathroom and toilet never go for this

excellent stay clean room supporting staff, nearest metro station and I m happy for this hotel next time i will come Nagpur 100% stay here

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel BTP Inn. Rooms were quite clean. Staff and manager were also supportive..We got complementary coffee and drinking water in the morning..though they don't have restaurant but swiggy and zomato services are active at this place..
