Bad bedsheets, no chair in room, booked superior but given deluxe room, washroom very dirty, even they said they don't give free water for making my trip bookings. Reception guy over friendly for no reason. No tv recharge, ac not working

Hotel staff is good, location is very close to metro station, but no water bottle given, at least they should give ro water, room was v clean, morning tea was not available because they don't have kitchen it is no big deal otherwise overall experience was good

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel BTP Inn. Rooms were quite clean. Staff and manager were also supportive..We got complementary coffee and drinking water in the morning..though they don't have restaurant but swiggy and zomato services are active at this place..
