The stay at the Super Townhouse was terrible. The staff at the reception was very rude. The hotel details mentioned that it is a pet friendly hotel in the MMT app, whereas the hotel staff straightaway declined entry of my pet within the premises, and I had to loop in the MMT customer service to resolve the issue. The staff didn't help in handling the luggage and said it's self service. The rooms were in very bad condition with beds broken, untidy rooms, broken door locks, and no water available to drink. I am very disappointed with the hotel and its reviews and description at MMT App
