Worst of the worst hotel experience because i was denied entry for 2rooms despite booking for then with proper pnr and booking detail. This particular hotel should be blacklisted asap

This is a very good hotel, I felt very good staying at this hotel and the staff here is also very good, they helped me a lot and told me about many things and the food of the hotel was also very good

It is a very good hotel and a completely safety and security hotel. Many people come here to visit with their families too.

This hotel have a great space for sitting in the lobby your stay is relaxed in this area I visited so many time but here this is the one hotel that have a good space and all room have windows for good ventilation for hygienic stay pleasant stay here

The service is terrible, but the food is ok. Location is also a bit narrow and not that easy for first timers to locate it.

My experience was not good at all the service was very slow. I was staying with my family we ordered food around 2:45pm and we received our food around 4:30pm the stay wasn't comfortable at all. Please pay a little extra and book a good hotel for you and your family.

Room condition was poor and there was no swimming pool amenities available, myself has booked the property particularly for the swimming pool.

The hotel was very good and had very good facilities for accommodation and food. The environment around the hotel was very good. The hotel is very close to the airport.

There were no room service. Had an intercom but no indication of numbers to be dialed except for food. My bathroom was water logged and i fell by slipping and had a hard time escaping uninjured. Nobody cleaned the room/emptied waste in entire stay. When i complained on i founding people working in the corridor but they neglected. There were no lights in the corridor kate in night hoti 9 am. When i complained, things got complicated and i was shifted to neighboring room. The receptionist behaved rude on horrible complaining. The shifted room too was not good enough. When went out in night after shifting i felt there is anybody else in the hotel. Fear gripped me and decided to vacate the hotel. Receptionist gave me a receipt for rs. 30- for just one bottle if water which i paid. He refused to gave balance refund and i contacted on this who promised refund and finally i had to get out without refund. On getting out, i found both gates of the hotel locked from inside and i was horrified to realize that i was almost alone in the hotel with no way to escape ! terrifying experience in my life. Sorry that i had share these. Later, makemytrip refunded me and provided with gift vouchers. Thanks. I have a genuine request to makemytrip authorities to "cross-check the facilities and details of hotels, etc who associate with you.
