Location excellent hygiene good service very terrible i booked room through mmt when i reached there they are demanding 400 more i denied to pay then they argue how u think to get a room in my hotel. When i start calling to customer care he allot me one room.

The location of the hotel is a bit inside. Inside the bathroom there is a box whose wall is very dirty. There was resentment between the receptionist and the manager as the room was booked at a lower tariff.

Bed and towels is very dirty Water supply problem.. No meal provided.and out side food is not allowed

Hygiene was pathetic, rooms are not at all maintained

I booked a room at Hotel Pearl in Patna But when I asked at the hotel counter, it was told that your booking has been done for only Rs and we cannot give room for only that much money, you sir have to give at least Rs 300 more. Otherwise you will not get the room.

Food quality and serving timing

Hello guys recently i booked a room in this hotel and trust me its my biggest fault of my life. 1- very bad service quality or i can say no service at all. 2- room is disgusting, bed sheet was dirty. When i asked them to change the bed cover they refused to do so saying they don't have any extra. 3-room was full of mosquitoes.

Room filled with rats. Pathetic service. Dust all over room.

The food facility was not up to the mark.
