Horrible experience

It was reality horrible hotel manager asked me not to book through application, they have also made me wait for 30 - 45 min as he was confused, when i contacted customer care and after a long call hotel manager agreed to give me room. Rooms where also not good.

Staffs are good and cooperative. Room was good and clean. Location of the hotel was also good, not far from danapur railway station. Ya this hotel also have the facility of meal.
