Review Of Hotel O Akshaya Inn

in that hotel, no water, no cleanliness, no tea, no drinking water... no hot water.... utter nonsense

It was really a worst stay. I had to sleep in sofa. I don’t know what solutions customers support is giving. I connected more than 3 times that night i didn’t get any solution. Whether shifting to different hotel or any other solution. In the mid of the night we had 5 yr old kid along with us there is mosquito in rooms, bathroom, bedsheet not a single thing are clean inside the room. I never had this type of experience and customer support as well.

review ....1.)the actual hotel which i have booked was not allowed by the owner at that time of check in and they told that they have given all rooms to offline bookers, so no vacancy room is there in that akshaya inn 2.)even after a long fight they shifted me to another oyo room called akshaya delight which is 5 km far away from my needy work place ... 3.)after i went there with another local auto by spending 200 rs more ...again i have loss some amount here .. 4.)the akashya delight where they have transferred me was the worst stay place i have ever seen in my entire life till date that much worst is the rooms in that hotel ,no ac,no tv,beds are rusted and with full of bed bugs and room and bathroom is smell finally i decided to never book any room, i lost my wallet amount of 550 rs for this pathetic stay over all i suffered a lot for this stay with in three hours for that stinky smell i check out that room and booked another hotel ..it is far better than ur service, so sad to say i lost amount no satisfy at all. thank you for your service🙏 feeling sad and disgusting for ever. sorry i dont have images why unnecessary night mare images i have to kept in my phone thats why i didn't take any flithy images of that disgusting hotel.

Maintenance is very poor in rooms. No bedsheets changed, no proper service in rooms. It's a bad experience during my stay in hotel

Good service and behaviour.

I have booked my stay for 1 night for 3 rooms. When we approached the hotel for stay they are saying us that we don't have any rooms and later sometime they offer 1 room instead of 2. When i have talked with manager of the hotel i have got to know that they have given to some else who have done cash payment.

Worst of all kinds of hotel. Did not expect that Oyo go to such a low standards
