No proper sleep due to mosquitoes and no hand wash at the room, service is hopeless and over all very poor

Room was Okish , bed covers were dirty, torn,window blinders were very dirty, toilet flush water were very slow,too noisy construction sound in the hotel, bathroom towels were bad, food in the hotel were good.overall rating can be 3.

not happy with the quality and last minute rate change. not quality food for free brakefast and dinner

Room is full of mosquitoes and hot water not coming.ac temp is not working..worst experience.they charged more for extra bed that bed not in good condition

the manager was rude and they had limited rooms he was rude because we booked in through make my trip

Hotel is very good and service also but Breakfast buffet is not good they're not maintaining properly each one 300/- for breakfast atleast maintain some good quality for customers

The Rooms are so good ..... cigarettes smell is coming on the floor ...................the food was good

Ac mm ot worked from checin time to checkout time i compliant trice but nonuse i asked change room they didn't the room have no window with too-much smell it's horrible. I already shared my experience in rivews. Thank you

Nice hotel. Comfortable stay. But the room cleaning is not at a time you request. . They do as per their convenience.

Room was not ready at the time of checkout. Was made to wait for 15 mins at 11. 45 pm and got a room with no ac. Next day, was given a room no. 111, but it was worst than a public toilet, smelt worst. Water on the shower was too slow to have a proper bath. Bath room tiles were too slipery and always had to walk with more care. All these complaints were given to the hotel people, till i vacated, none of these were rectified. I am recommending this property to be barred from office, for future booking.

The toilet was not clean. And the room is not well maintained. But overall the stay was good

Worst service and horrible sound work in progress no hot water cockroach are ther in bathroom no cleaning, everything is horrible i never see such type hotel, 3rd time my visit every time same situation i already informed to hotel person personally not worth price is also too high

The metropolitan hotel is situated on the main road with a lot of big branded shops nearby. We had a good stay. Hospitality was good. I would say room cleaning could have been better. It was average. There is not that much variety/options of food but we ordered room service several times and were obliged graciously each time. We would consider staying here again.

Rooms are decently sized. The common areas and rooms had some smell. The washroom maintenance is low and the hotel feels over used. Breakfast is very average. Room service is prompt and quick.

A relative referred me. Room was good. Well maintained. But food is costly. Service is quick and satisfactory.

Good hotel. Room is ok for the pricing. Cannot say best value. Dining staff denied sending plates to room when food was ordered. Asked for cleaning at 8 am. They did it around 12. 45. . Minor issues. Overall a good stay. Cozy rooms and average washrooms.

All is good at the hotel. In neatness and politeness. Food is good. Hygiene is well maintained. Staff ambience is good.
