Neat and clean rooms. Good service. Food is also good. Don't expect too many items for breakfast but 6-7 items out of which 2 are unlimited.

it's very good place to living for one night or two nights with family.... good staff, wel maintain clean hotel..

Comfortable stay
We stayed for three days.The stay was comfortable. Room was clean and staff was kind and co-operative.

Nice clean place...
The hotel is on the main Sangli- Miraj road. It's clean n tidy. Restaurant was not working due to renovation work. Staff was good. Room n bathroom were clean n well maintained. Fittings and fixture used are of good quality. Would recommend it to one n all.

Poor Stay
The restaurant and some facilities were under repair, so there was not even breakfast available at the property

Good stay at o2 hotel - pure veg restaurant at prime location of sangli.
Good stay. We have booked a twin bed room where we found cost cutting done by designers related to no lock to bathroom as well as bathroom window. Rest is okay. It looks like a honeymoon room. Makemytrip should give a better deal against the hotel desk offer.

Clean, Comfortable hotel at good location 🙂
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff was courteous. It is very conveniently located near Vishrambag chowk.

Average stay
familyWe were here for family vacation. Hotel rooms were clean & spacious. Food was good but was available at very limited hours. The service needs to be improved. Staff was quite slow & we had to struggle for basic basic needs such as handwash. Toilet tissues. The door lock was broken. Staff was humble but one staff member was so adamant & was not even ready to accept their mistakes. Overall there is lot of scope for improvement.

Nice hotel
Location, cleanliness, service, hospitality all are excellent. Dental kit, kettle is all that is needed in addition. This hotel will get momentum soon.

Review for o2
couplePeople and staff are good and helpful. However, the property has archaic laws on couple stay. Only married couples are allowed. We had to search for our marriage certificate for 15 mins. Other hotels like maratha do not have such laws. Do not book this hotel from make-my trip as it's expensive by 600-700 rs. Directly book from hotel. Room charges are around 2000+ gst.
