Hotel Sai Deluxe

The Hotel Sai Deluxe staff was friendly and courteous upon our arrival, which made for a pleasant first impression. To our surprise, the property does not have an elevator. However, the staff was very accommodating and ensured our rooms were on the first floor to minimize inconvenience for the elderly in our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though not entirely spotless. A special mention goes to the vegetarian restaurant downstairs, which was very good. We truly enjoyed our dinner there — the food was delicious and the service matched the quality of the meal. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and dining experience, though the lack of an elevator and slight cleanliness issues are worth noting for future guests.

Check-in process was smooth, and the Hotel Sai Deluxe and its rooms and bathrooms were clean. Also, we left our stuff in the room, so the staff came downstairs to give it back! But, its restaurant is not upto the mark. First, it’s not 24*7, so it’s difficult to get food/beverages before 7am for example. Second, even after saying that the food/shake is for a baby, the restaurant put lot of chillis in food and syrup instead of fresh fruit(even after confirming that it would be fresh fruit) in the shake.

Rooms near and clean, food quality is good but last 6 month i am staying this Hotel Sai Deluxe and a regular customer & i got down sangli and requested early check in reception asked rs. 500 charges where today i did check out 4 hours early, so Hotel Sai Deluxe should deduct rs. 500- from my bill then ha ha ha. Hotel should consider regular customer in such cases. This behaviour of asking 500 rs for early check in may loose good regular customer

it was a fallback arrangement from work as had to visit few important clients. nice hospitality, only hitch was proximity to road disturbed sleep many times due to dog barking and vehicle sounds, maybe better quality sound proofing would solve this trouble. electricity erratic supply was wel cared with generator backup. overall a good experience

overall good stay. rooms are neat and clean. hot water is not available on morning also after 9:30 am. some cockroach are seen near washroom area so attention need Regarding that.

Worth for what you pay. House keeping services also good. Room size is adequate. Bathroom could be bit bigger but all the facilities were of good quality. I will stay here again.

Very supportive, checked out late but no problem from management. Service can be improved as in little more trained house keeping staff. But overall no complaints too grave.

The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Never expected such clean rooms in sangli at this budget.

It was good and satisfactory. Gonna visit again if travelling or staying in sangli. All basic facilities were provided with good behaviour.

The room was clean and as expected considering the price. Staff behaviour was also good. Might visit back
