The ambience wasn't good, the pain was of the wall had come out also no hot water facilities were only 6AM to 11AM, also when I asked for the plate and tissue paper the hotel told me that it is chargeable which was not mentioned anywhere also no toiletries were provided and the kettle in the room wasn't working and also there was no lift in hotel. It was my very bad experience. The reception was also rude.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous upon our arrival, which made for a pleasant first impression. To our surprise, the property does not have an elevator. However, the staff was very accommodating and ensured our rooms were on the first floor to minimize inconvenience for the elderly in our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though not entirely spotless. A special mention goes to the vegetarian restaurant downstairs, which was very good. We truly enjoyed our dinner there — the food was delicious and the service matched the quality of the meal. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and dining experience, though the lack of an elevator and slight cleanliness issues are worth noting for future guests.

Great stay but restaurant needs to improve

Check-in process was smooth, and the hotel and its rooms and bathrooms were clean. Also, we left our stuff in the room, so the staff came downstairs to give it back! But, its restaurant is not upto the mark. First, it’s not 24*7, so it’s difficult to get food/beverages before 7am for example. Second, even after saying that the food/shake is for a baby, the restaurant put lot of chillis in food and syrup instead of fresh fruit(even after confirming that it would be fresh fruit) in the shake.

it was a fallback arrangement from work as had to visit few important clients. nice hospitality, only hitch was proximity to road disturbed sleep many times due to dog barking and vehicle sounds, maybe better quality sound proofing would solve this trouble. electricity erratic supply was wel cared with generator backup. overall a good experience
