This was a severely poor hotel experience, marked by critical failures in service and basic maintenance. Initial frustration began with a full parking lot and zero staff guidance. Cleanliness was poor, with unkempt floors, walls, and notably, toilets—a severe departure from online representations. Service was non-existent: the reception intercom went unanswered, room service was unreachable all evening, and multiple requests for luggage assistance during both check-in and check-out were ignored. The lack of basic standards renders this hotel entirely unrecommendable.

From the outside, the hotel looks appealing, but unfortunately, the rooms were not clean. The bathroom was especially disappointing—very dirty, with rusted and unhygienic accessories. It felt more like staying in a lodge than a proper hotel. On the positive side, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was quite tasty. However, due to the poor condition of the rooms and bathroom, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.
