The best part of the stay was the courtesy of the staff and their prompt service. The wifi was good. The room was smaller than what was described in the booking. We were provided a 2 person room while we had booked a 3 person room. An extra mattress was provided instead. As a few small roaches were crawling about and we found it very uncomfortable to sleep on the floor. The bathroom had a good hot water supply in the morning but the shower could not be operated.

1. No regular hot water, however when i went and asked them, they bought it in a bucket. 2. Full of mosquitos, wasn't able to sleep at night. Both the night 3. Ac wasn't working. 4. Tv remote was broken and no option to watch tv expect one channel which was only running ads for hours together. It was waste. I'm not looking for any discounts. Just sharing my reviews.

Unhygienic toilets and drunk yards and their bottles were everywhere. It is not a 3 star hotel as they advertised. There was lot of noise of vehicles and trains. Not able to sleep all night. Wish they uphold true values of hotel and hospitality industry and not just couples hangout spot.
