hygiene was not maintained, like no handwash, smelly towels and the room was terrible, they took way too long to checkout and charged me cause the sheets got abit stained cause of food

Unacceptable Service and Serious Hygiene Failure. I booked this property in Sangali, but the experience was severely disappointing and completely failed to meet basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. Unprofessional and Aggressive Restaurant Staff My issues began during dinner. The restaurant staff was highly aggressive and regarding two bottles of water I brought from my room. Despite my explanation that the bottles were part of the room amenities, the staff insisted I had to pay for them and raised their voices, causing a significant scene. It took over 20 minutes and the intervention of another manager for the staff to finally admit their error and apologize for the "confusion." A Shocking Hygiene Incident The most part of the entire stay followed immediately after the water confusion. When the staff returned to the table with a new bill, a cockroach emerged from the bill holder book and crawled onto my dining table. This serious lapse in sanitation and hygiene is completely unacceptable and ruined the remainder of my evening. Repetitive Service Confusion on Day Two The poor service continued into the next morning. Despite having a pre-paid breakfast booking for my single-day stay, a staff member wrongly informed me that the breakfast was for the next day's guest. I had to spend another significant period of time explaining my check-out schedule and my pre-booked meal entitlement. After a 10-minute delay, the staff finally corrected themselves, issuing a belated and confusing apology. Summary This hotel failed on multiple levels. The restaurant staff exhibited unacceptable aggression and repeatedly caused unnecessary delays and confusion. More critically, the discovery of a cockroach on the dining table points to a severe and concerning failure in basic hygiene management. I strongly recommend avoiding this property until significant changes are made to both staff training and sanitation protocols.

Hotel is good … there is only 1 parking left when we reached there. As there is restaurant below most of the parking was occupied by the people who came to restaurant. When we checked directly in reception regarding the availability and room cost for one night (checked in at 9 and we said we will leave by morning 9) they told the room cost will be 2800 but when I checked in make my trip for same room it costed me. So we booked in MMT. The food was below average .

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your property from 27 to 28 jul 2025 and i would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. Positives: 1) the check-in process was smooth and efficient. 2) the staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. 3) the cleanliness of the room and overall property was commendable. I appreciated the receptionist he support me to arrange auto very quickly. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant. Pathetic hotel. Toilet doesn’t have exhaust fan. No toilet paper and hand wash soap dispenser. Room has sliding glass window but no wire mesh as a result when opened hoard of insects and mosquitoes invade the room. No arrangement for tea or coffee. The hotel kitchen opens at 8 am. Imagine waiting for bed tea till 8 am. No reading lights near bed and no night/ foot lamp. The food also was pathetic. Very bad experience overall.

We had a great family stay at Hotel Central Avenue in Sangli. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all basic amenities. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The veg food at their in-house restaurant was tasty and freshly made. The hotel is located conveniently near Sangli-Miraj road, making it easy to access local spots. Hygiene and safety standards were well maintained. A perfect place for families visiting Sangli or nearby areas like Miraj and Kupwad.
